I work predominantly with private landowners to explore opportunities for land sale and development.
This can include anything from agricultural land to large gardens, unused or overlooked land, garages, or areas that may not have been considered for development before.
Some are ready to sell. Others simply want to understand what their land could be worth, or what may be possible.
We would usually meet on site, or arrange a call if that suits you better, and have a straightforward conversation about your land, what you are looking to achieve, and what has brought you to consider a sale.
It’s simply a chance to understand your position properly and see whether there may be something worth exploring.
If it feels like there may be something worth exploring, I will carry out a full appraisal and come back to you with a considered and fair proposal.
Depending on the opportunity, this may involve introducing the land to the right buyer, structuring an agreement to unlock further value, or working with trusted planning and development partners to bring it forward.
Every situation is different, and the approach is always shaped around what works best for you.
I work directly with landowners and take a hands-on approach throughout, ensuring everything is handled properly from start to finish.
